Five stars because I know my grandparents used to go there when they would come to Grants Pass for a doctors appointment. Every time I go, it gives me comfort just knowing that they were here. :) The food is alright. It's the type of place I know I can bring my kids and get exactly what I expect, with minimal kid complaints unlike when I take them for thai, or any other cuisine that they're uncomfortable with. Amazing place for kids, parents, grandparents. Good salad bar.

Around 6:20pm, Monday 5-25-2015. OK, I know it's a holiday, and you were probably busy. We arrived to about 50% of tables open, 30% clean, we chose a clean booth on the NW end. Hubby ordered the Senior Italian Herb Chicken (he's 60, now), and I ordered Shrimp Skewers, baked potato, no salad bar. Hubby went to the salad bar, I went to the table with tray, drinks and those 3 little tickets. Sat there for a bit, watching the wait staff yakking with their tables, and clearing dirty ones at times. Hubby returned from salad bar, and started eating. Still being ignored by wait staff, no bread, no order turned in, nothing! I started making eye contact with wait staff, who were still engaged in small talk with other tables, and clearing the remaining dirty tables. One of the wait staff rolled her eyes at me, or maybe she was passing out, the others all ignored us. 15 minutes later, hubby finished his salad, I was fed up due to NO notice taken of us by wait staff, and hubby called a Manager over, who was clearing another table at the time. (Right next to us - and here we still sit with our stupid tray and tickets...and NO yummy cheese bread!!) I told her we wanted a refund of our dinner costs, and were happy to pay for the ice tea, my glass of wine, and hubby's plate of salad - but wanted a refund of the Meal costs. We got all but my glass of wine back, which is totally fine, we had planned to pay for the salad bar and his Ice Tea, as well. We went to Denny's and had "breakfast-for-dinner", instead. it will be quite some time before we go there again - stick to the one in Medford. Oh, and I almost forgot - right after we talked to the manager and were getting ready to leave, one of the waitstaff came to take our tray and order the bread! We told her it was too late.

Went here on a Monday night for my son's Birthday and I would like to say that I had a wonderful time with the service, the salad bar was by far well stocked with food, the only exception was that they were out of an item but that didnt seem to be of any great concern to my son so all was good, I can't really complain about anything since we were not denied or were uncomfortable in any way. Well Done

We came here the other day 11-29-11 for lunch and had the burgundy sirloin tips for $9.99 it comes with endless salad bar. I had gotten chicken wings that had just com out and if they had just taken it out 1 to 2 minutes earlier it would have cooked itself to doneness, but they took it out a little late and it was still cooking so it ended up overcooking and became hard. Our server Jessica was not a very good waitress, she forgot about our ticket on the table and came by 15 minutes later asking us if all we got was the endless salad bar, when we said that we ordered the burgundy sirloin tip meal and pointed to our ticket, she then picked it up and went to check on our food. Which had been done for a while and was sitting in the service window getting cold (literally, my food was cold I was not pleased) for this experiance on 11-29-11 I am giving a 2 star rating all around. We came in for dinner on 11-30-11 and ordered the same meal, our server was an older woman and she was awesome she made sure we had everything we needed, brought us cheesy bread and honey rolls. Our food arrived piping hot I was very happy for this, the chicken wings this evening were cooked perfectly. I give tonights service and meal a 5 star review.

Ok, so this is NOT the place I would ever go....but I went here because it is my dad's favorite place. I was in his town, he is my dad.....so I begrudgingly went. So this is not my cup of tea, but for those who like chain restaurants that have some reasonable steak or a good salad bar ...here you go. They just redid the interior and it looks nice. The service there was really good. The ladies were friendly and very attentive. My dad can't say enough, he loves his senior discount and he gets the salmon and salad bar. It allows him two meals (he takes the salmon home)....he's told me a dozen times....yet i still get to hear about it. the salad bar does have some nice choices...make your own,potato salad, krab salad, soup tacos, pastas and dessert ...you could fill up on it. I had the steak and though it tasted ok, it was rough to cut and a bit fatty. Overall, a ok night

Stopped here for dinner during my recent foto trip to Oregon. I've never been to a Sizzler's anywhere... it may be some time before I revisit. They offer seafood, meats and pasta, and an endless salad bar, along with soups. Seniors get to order from a lower-priced menu. Pay at the counter and take your drinks on a tray to your seat-yerself table. With your receipt, a person will eventually come to collect that and soon bring you your order(s). The restaurant was clean and roomy, and the salad bar was quite extensive and thus filling, but the main entries basically lacked in overall taste. Roomy parking lot for me and fellow-travelers just off the I-5 interchange. They CLOSE at 9:30pm!!!

What can I say? It's a Sizzler. The steaks were tasty, juicy and tender. I also had the unlimited shrimp and the waitress kept up with me by keeping my plate full until I passed out. ( just kidding about the pass out thing. ) I would definitely eat there again!

I wasn't expecting much from this type of place, but I was pleasantly surprised when I discovered how fresh everything was on the salad bar. Good Job!
